We’ll collect and remove all visible dog waste from every agreed area of your yard: front, back, side, garden beds, and dog runs. If your furry friend is outside and friendly, we’ll always greet them with a gentle pat and top up their water bowl. When we’re done, your gate will be securely closed and you’ll receive a photo confirmation for peace of mind. All waste is double-bagged and placed in your bin or another discreet spot you prefer.
Absolutely. Your dog’s safety (and our team’s) is our top priority. We love meeting pets of all shapes and sizes. We always sanitise our equipment and shoes between each visit to prevent any cross-contamination. If we ever feel unsafe around your dog, we’ll ask you to secure them before future visits. If that’s not possible, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment..
Yes, we’ll remove dog waste from all areas where your pets roam, including the front, back, and side yards, garden beds, and dog runs. Just let us know if there’s a particular spot you want us to pay extra attention to.
To keep our routes efficient, we don’t offer set arrival times, but your service will always be on your assigned day. If you have any special access needs, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes! We work in all seasons: rain, hail or shine; so your yard stays fresh and clean all year round. If severe weather ever makes a visit unsafe, we’ll contact you straight away to reschedule at no extra cost.
